What it does
Eligibility and registration errors are the most preventable denials in the revenue cycle — and the cheapest to fix at the door. Watson runs real-time 270/271 eligibility checks over the Hermes gateway, including Medicare's HETS, reads the benefit detail that actually decides payment — deductibles, benefit periods, Medicare lifetime reserve days — and drives a verification work queue so every account is confirmed before the claim is ever built.
