Paladyn Atlas

A map to all your data.

Paladyn Atlas is the analytics and financial-reporting engine — executive dashboards and automated revenue-cycle KPIs that turn raw 835/837 data into board-ready insight, with no manual report-building.

What it does

Leadership needs one clear view of revenue cycle health, but the numbers usually live in a dozen spreadsheets that take days to assemble. Atlas maps your entire revenue cycle in a single view — clean-claim rate, denial rate, days in AR, net collection rate — computed automatically from your remittance and claim data and refreshed as new files land.

Capabilities

  • Executive dashboards and benchmarking
  • Full revenue cycle KPI set
  • Automated financial reporting
  • Days-in-AR and net-collection tracking
  • Built on the Aegis data warehouse

How it works

1

Ingest

Your 837 claims and 835 remittances flow into the Aegis data warehouse and are normalized into one model.

2

Compute

The full revenue cycle KPI set is calculated automatically — clean-claim rate, denial rate, days in AR, net collection rate — and kept current as new files arrive.

3

Visualize

Executive dashboards and scheduled financial reports present the numbers in a board-ready view, no manual assembly required.

Why it matters

You cannot fix what you cannot see. A single, always-current view of revenue cycle performance turns month-end guesswork into decisions leadership can act on — and shows exactly where prevention is paying off.

Security & compliance

Atlas runs inside Paladyn's HIPAA-aligned AWS environment, working from the normalized Aegis data model with a tamper-evident audit trail. Every Paladyn tool is built toward HITRUST and SOC 2, with PHI controlled per our standards.
